Becker went on to explain that Verizon’s only suggestion was for them to power cycle their mobile device trackers. Unfortunately, that option was not possible since their office was based in Texas and their assets were in rural New Mexico. Following Verizon’s suggestion would disrupt their workflow.  

“The move to GPS [Insight] was 99% of their support,” Becker said.
